    Hacking Got HBC installed... now, IOS38?

    I want to get my Animal Crossing City Folk backup to run. I'm on 3.3U, so how do I run it without the black screen? I'll just extract the IOS38 and install it with WAD manager? Any risk in doing that? Again, I'm on 3.3U, never upgraded, never downgraded!

    What about Super Paper Mario? For me, it tells me that an error has occured. I can't even get to the disc channel after I insert the disc. The black error screen comes up immediately. If I update to 3.4, can I play the games?

    I have a 3.3U menu version. Can I use a PAL version of Twilight Princess? Better yet, is there an easier way to downgrade/install WAD's on a 3.3? My modchip installation was a success!

    I likely have above 3.2 (still haven't opened it yet: DAMN FINALS!). I guess I'll need to get my friend's backup copy of Zelda. Would a scrubbed NTSC ISO of Zelda be fine for this one-time thing? I have a USA console.
