ROM Hack RELEASE [Release/Tutorial] Switch theme injector : Easily make custom themes

So, can I just install this on SX OS, or do I need the Lockpick package first? (I read something about getting my keys first? but I am not completely sure why this would be necessary), Thanks!

Tutorial Multiple emuMMC setup, including restoring a clean NAND for online use

Maybe this is a stupid question, please don't blame me, I am quite new to this. I have just got a switch that is hackable but on the latest firmware version. I really liked your tutorial @kassio69, but as far as I see it this is only good for people who are on 1.0.0 right? I mean, I could just...

    Hacking 3DS Fake Nintendo/Pokemon server

Correct. Will post some pictures of what I mean later. This is what Nintendo says about getting a Pokemon: To get Pumpkaboo: Connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu. Select Receive Gift, then Yes. Select Get via Internet, then Yes. Watch...

    Hacking 3DS Fake Nintendo/Pokemon server

I see. But the thing is that this feature isn't offline and it's still available? The project you linked to is for game servers that are taken offline? Also; isn't this just for the normal ds? And is this the full server so it can work with the Pokemon mystery gift too? Or is it just a part...

    Hacking 3DS Fake Nintendo/Pokemon server

I don't think you're understanding the idea. The idea is to emulate the Nintendo/Pokemon server to give out limited Pokemon that aren't available anymore trough mystery gift.

    Hacking Warning when updating emunand

I understand that. But from Emunand 8.1 and Gateway Omega 2.3b can I just update 2.3b to 2.4 and then boot Gateway mode -> update trough system settings to emunand 9? or what?

    Hacking Warning when updating emunand

So, I might be a noob here. I got into emunand lately. Two weeks ago I created and updated my emunand for the first time. I got it from 4.5 to 8.x (I don't know anymore.). Right now, I would like to update my emunand to 9.0. I see different things, is there any tutorial I should follow...

Hacking Getting some things about emuNAND clear

Thanks! And by saying: "just use the newest gateway" you mean the latest 2.0b1 firmware, right? Great, that is clear now! thanks!

Hacking Getting some things about emuNAND clear

Great! So, emunand is only used for going to spoof to the lastest software version for playing retail versions of pokemon (exmaple) and going online/e-shop, is this right? Thanks again!

Hacking Getting some things about emuNAND clear

Hi guys, So, my Gateway is arriving in 3 days. I'm reading a lot of stuff around here, and now I have some questions left. I will update my 3DS to 4.5 with a Luigi's Mansino 2 cardridge I have. After that I will install the Gateway files and boot in Gateway mode. What then? It is unclear...

Hacking What firmware version do I have (Can this be real?)

They're not that expensive though. Only 129 until 31 dec. You get 10 euros off with 'Gulle Gift' promotion. Checked 5 places, all 2011 (c) and serial like mine..

Hacking What firmware version do I have (Can this be real?)

Yeah. For interested people in The Netherlands: Just checked, all black/red 3DS that are left at Dixons (almost every store has at least one left) comes probably with 1.0.0.0

Mmm.. yeah that too. Steam is on everything so why have dedicated hardware now? They should have started that earlier on

  • KennieDaMeanie @ KennieDaMeanie:
Their competitors price similar marked at a grand easy to get those specs at $400 is definitely a money loss

But sti;;, I like the stuff they offer. And they do actually have a device or 3 that compete with the Steam Deck

  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
they have some nice stuff but the gpd pocket 2 is rather overpriced

  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
for a certain audience, it's the perfect thing, but it's small enough that you're sacrificing some functionality

  • SacredMilkOG @ SacredMilkOG:
True about the price- but the designs are really interesting

and it's not as thin as some modern laptops so i'd rather get a slim modern laptop with a larger screen personally

  • SacredMilkOG @ SacredMilkOG:
Deal breakers might be whatever they use for on board devices. I want one with specific radio and features.

  • SacredMilkOG @ SacredMilkOG:
See, thin laptops are cool too- but they sacrifice larger and more reliable storage

  • SacredMilkOG @ SacredMilkOG:
Well yeah, I use a large laptop as a desktop. But that's why I want one of those pockets- they can get tossed in a bag with ease. I actually have an older device I want to get my hands on though since it uses 2.5 SATA and meets the thin netbook size
