    Afaik none of the eshop spoofs work anymore for the NN3DS so you need to install updates for games using .cia files found on the iso site.

    Yes. Download sysupdater.cia install it with FBI / whatever. Download the cia update pack off that ISO site. Place the update cia files into a folder called "updates" on your sd card and run sysupdater in emunand.

    Create an emunand and update that emunand to 9.5 using sysupdater.cia You can find both sysupdater and the 9.5fw cia pack on that iso site.
