    This post gave me a headache. I have a 3.1.0 Switch that I will never connect online or upgrade with ofw, if emunand doesn't happen then I just don't upgrade it. My son has a Switch that will be legit in every way.

    I agree. Nintendo aren't oblivious to what's going on. They know SX OS is out there, they know Atmosphere is coming, it makes sense to sit on the bans until pirating is more established.
