    I reformatted it using the built-in Windows formatter, and the error still occurs. Is there a certain app or certain settings I should use when formatting?

    The bottom screen says "TAFN3DS sd card" with a bunch of other letters after it. The top screen is completely white.

    No, there's no home menu music playing. The blue light comes on, but the system doesn't do anything sound or video wise. And I was led to believe 9.2 was the best firmware for installing a CFW.

    With the latest bootstrap, Newer Super Mario Bros. DS does not work. GBARunner2 hasn't worked for me for the past couple DSiMenu++ versions.
