    You can just update safely to 11.1 with no worry at all(just to be safe you could update from system settings or do a nand backup). Right now all the updates are focused on blocking homebrew entry points so the short answer is: Just do it.

    I tried both cryptofixed and the region patch but it won't work, and no it passed the nintendo 3ds screen but the game will not boot. Probably the big N found a way to stop piracy in some way:glare:

    Yesterday I tried to install rhythm heaven megamix on my eur o3ds with luma3ds on it, but when I open it I get a black screen although the 3d led is still on. If someone knows what to do please help me.

    you could try to get OOThax or supermysterychunkhax if you have power save or a fried with homebrew on his 3ds cause even easier exploits like ninjhax require you to have online access.

    No, I tried booting up both xenoblade and snes vc on my a9lh old 3ds using fbi and they both have different results: xenoblade just gets you back to the home menu and snes vc stays in a black screen so I would infer that these games are using more new 3ds components than the faster clock speed

    Another game I found out that HANS is a must have for is SpeedX3d, the only issue is that the bottom screen doesn't work properly with HANS so settings should be done before. without HANS this game is just a stop motion ride.

    Without a doubt all the pokemons run way better with HANS and I also tried Cave story 3D but except for better loading times it didn't help

    Do you have you console specific OTB.bin in the /a9lh folder? as the error says it could be that your OTP.bin isn't 256 bytes and you will have to go back to firmware 2.1 to get it.
