    As the title says, i want in the charm of romhacking the 3ds japanese games, but i don't have the physical console, is there anyway i can unpack a 3ds game release without the need of a physical/3rd party hardware ? Thank you.

    Thanks for the info, i forgot to add one question, any chance you might know how to spot a fake charger ? Other than the seal thingy and the "licenced by Nintendo" statement.

    How can i achieve this style of glow in PS ?

    for me the outer glow effect does nothing AT ALL, it being active or not, size being 0 or 250 px, doesn't change a single pixel on the text. Although FAST's way was more efficient yet less "text" editable, but that was not the point, thanks guys.
