    I'm trying to set up a friends O3ds, i formatted the emunand and trying the install rxtools, but everytime i try to boot via browser, installation suite pops up and fails to install.

    Installation Data Suite always fails for me. It says it failed to install but then when i check the system settings it shows the version as RX-E 9.0.0.     Thank you very much! One more question, i heard 10.0.0 is out now. Is it supported for Emunand? I just installed Rxtools and should i update my emunand to 10.0.0? The tutorial still mentions 9.9 only.
