    If someone has, I was wondering what firmware the black 3ds xl in americas/canada comes with. It was released on august 11th. Firmware 6.2.0-12 was released August 5th. I'm assuming it comes with that firmware.

    The latest firmware people are using now is either M33-6 with the prome-4 mod OR 5.50 GEN D3 with the prome 4 mod. Both cfws basically have the same compatibility. If you wanna update to 5.50 GEN D3 use xgen upadter v5 -it'll take you straight to 5.50 GEN D3...

    looks like you got scammed man, from what I've read from the provided link they've gone to great lengths to keep their customer's money by sending them a "part" of an order. Since you've ordered JUST an iplayer I assume, you can open up a dispute with paypal and hopefully get your money back...
