    I have been through this - use clean function of diskpart in cmd and then rebuild the MBR by reformatting the card to FAT32 (MBR) with the free version of easeUS Partition, or similar software. This should work if your card has logic problems, otherwise that might be a hardware issue.

    You could try to get a second hand GTX 1070, which would allow you to play most of games in 1440p in 60fps on Ultra/High settings.
