    What rom is that? What rom is that Have you formatted your sd card via diskwriter? Looking through your post you have not mentioned you formatted your card through diskwriter. This could be the problem

    So you send them over to disk writer by right clicking and select administrator.

    Looks like your doing everything ok. Could be bad backups
