    One of those cables needs to be plugged into the WODE, the second cable needs to be plugged into the back of your Wii. Mine's the same way, it's something to do with the HDD.

    I got my DS a long time ago for Christmas, before I even knew emulation existed. Even now that I know about all of that, I still would have bought it if flashcards didn't exist.
