    That would definetely be helpful! I took the moflex from a different .cia, but it ran fine when I put it through the decoder. I did notice something strange, however: when I took the original file, it showed up sideways, yet when I open up the replacement it's right-side up. Maybe that's why...

    I tried another one, I even waited the 5 minutes that GodMode9 took to decrypt it. But the same problem happened, it just said "Extraction Complete!" without even popping any files out.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! A tip for other people in my situation, if you use the HBL then download the decrypt9 released on November 13th, 2016. It's the most similar to the version described in the post and it doesn't kick you out with a red screen.
