    Your right you can't play vita games on a psp but you can play psp games on vita and ps3 its still a iso just cross ported

    Look i just want to play imports XD and having online would be a bonus but is not 100% needed i do not feel like buying a 3rd 3ds from japan along with the imports it cost WAY to much and takes to long I have 2 3ds one that had forever now running on 4.0 and my XL that is current date

    Thats not true because with a emulator on my laptop im able to do wifi battles with pokemon b/w 2 and with yugioh world championship 2012

    I was using pokemon as a example XD (i own both x and y) but say i buy a gateway flashcart and get a dumped file of Cardfight vanguard well in the game there is a way to go online and have a match with another player is that possible or no?
