    New to this. So if I convert a .gba, gbc, or nds to a .cia, do I still need to install emulators for those consoles, or anything else? I have TWiLight Menu++ already but would rather have my games on my home menu. Does that mean I already have the required emulators?

    Actually there was an issue for a while where you would buy GOTY Borderlands 1 and get absolutely no DLC. This was due to an error where the GOTY edition first came with a DLC voucher, then they made the transition to the DLC being on disc and some were sent out without the DLC nor the voucher...
