    I resolved it, I booted homebrew launcher up with soundhax instead of the cia version. for some reason it worked.

    I extracted starter.zip but not all apps are showing up on the menu. I right now need sploit installer for another 3ds. I am using the latest version of hblauncher_loader. on old 3ds a9lh luma3ds on 11.3.0-36E

    sorry or bothering again, but sploit_installer_stickerhax isnt showing up in the homebrew launcher. I just downloaded the newest hblauncher_loader and the newest start.zip.

    is the system transfer still an option? I have 2 other 3ds's with the right specs for the system transfer exploit. otherwise I'll just use an exploitable game.

    I bought the 3ds of of someone. they probably updated with a card. would it be possible to update with a cart again to a higher version? I think I have a cart with 11.2.

    I am trying to install A9LH with soundhax (following 3ds.guide/pailects' guide). but the otherapp payload doesnt exist on smealums hblauncher site. firmware: OLD11.0.0-0E no browser. I have tried it with 11.0.0-7E but that doesnt work.
