    I'm lucky with my immune system (plus had some help from Mr. Gates) so thankfully it wasn't terrible. I know plenty of other people who had it worse than me and it sounds like it's awful. I'm glad I don't get the full experience.

    Finally got COVID-19! Had it from tuesday night until yesterday afternoon. It wasn't too bad except for the fact that I had a sore throat the entire time that made it painful to drink anything. I am really happy to be over it now though.

    A lot of the "I'm leaving" posts really feel like they're more for pity/attention than anything. Maybe that's not how they're intended, but with how rarely people actually leave it just seems that way.

    We have one dump of a louvre 3DS, but we don't know what differences might be in another. Might be cool leftovers we wouldn't have seen otherwise. It will throw up an error without the louvre stuff.

    Also for anyone saying only idiots bridge SL1, there are a lot of idiots. I find tons of SL1 bridged DS lites. I've gotten a lot of DS lites DS motherboards. Usually 1/10 have bridged SL1. Whether it's smart or not it's to do, people will solder.

    @tech3475 I've got DS phats... but only the motherboards. So no. However, the write protect should be on the chips themselves. Unless the DS phat has poorly designed traces that bridge SL1, the chips will function the exact same as on a lite.

    @KleinesSinchen write protection shouldn't differ between different DSes. It's a feature of the chip itself. The DS is just what holds the "switch". And as for FlashMe safety, people will solder. To be fair those are typically the people with the knowledge to unbrick, but it's still an added...

    Mostly just a flex. There's the benefit of everything being in chinese, and also being able to run iQue games... not that you can't just change a single byte in a 256kb firmware to get past that restriction.
