    I thought that's how it was supposed to be because my cousin's was like that, but he downloaded his dlc yesterday during the maintenance when the servers were crapping out and he got near the end of the installation and it said installation failed but it let him redownload off the in game store.

    I mean, I tried to and my understanding was once you install the dlc pack through ciangel you go into the dlc shop within Smash and you have the option to "redownload" the DLC. That's how it was on my cousin's 3ds, anyway. Not sure why it won't work on mine.

    Any reason why installing the smash DLC doesn't give me the option to redownload the DLC within the smash dlc store? I have a retail cart if it matters.

    I did already try setting the IOS to 250 along with forcing NTSC but I still had the black screen. Does it have something to do with the usb loader? Where can I get the latest version of CFG loader?

    Thanks for the fast response :) Do the wii games need to be converted to wbfs, because I think I recall using .iso before with CFG loader and it used to work fine. I just don't remember if I was able to have the iso's anywhere I want on the hard drive. My memory might be crappy though... And...

    Dunno if you'd get the warranty coverage since they'd assume the scratch is your fault. Assuming it's the plastic cover that's scratched, you can get a replacement for $4 from here and replace it yourself though.

    So??? The time it took you to type that out, you could have helped him out. Anyway, you can use the DStwo to backup your GBA saves and your NDS saves. This guide is pretty self explanatory and it worked for me. Don't know much about backing up your GBC saves though, sorry pal.
