    Is there a way to sync Sysnand and Emunand? For example, I have a legit game with updates and DLC downloaded on Sysnand but on Emunand the game tells me I need to download the update and DLC.

    question...if I do a system transfer to another switch that does not have CFW, would that affect the emuMMC? I'm thinking of getting another switch to play online + my legit games while the old switch be used for hacking and I wanted to keep the same SD card on it.

    I connected in emuMMC with Incognito to check Tinfoil but I also later connected in Stock OFW by accessing the Eshop. My NAND backup is from yesterday but I still played some games, does that mean that if I restore it I will lose those saves and whatever else I did?

    at the end of Current version in System Update there is an E and according to the guide you linked me that means I was in emuMMC.
