    It won't let me decrypt either card because it thinks all the games from both the cards are in a single card, and the decryption process halts if an error occurs. As a result, I can't decrypt any of the cards.

    There is a problem in the tool, where if you have games in two or more different cards, the tool will fail to decrypt NCAs of the games which are not in that card.
