    Worked a treat - determined that my first 30-40 ROMs appeared corrupt and removed them from the database. I then re-scanned just those and the full list appears in the NDS library now. Haven't tried loading them onto my MicroSD yet, but I don't anticipate any further errors. Great stuff!

    TrolleyDave - I'm using R4 Commander v2.05. I have just tried a stand alone trimmer called G6&M3DS_Real_Trim_Tool_V1.00beta. This seems to have worked. Only odd thing is my DSOrgansize v3.2 has stopped loading (and I know I didn't trim that).

    Put the MicroSD in its USB adapter, connect that to my PC. Drag .nds files from my PC hard drive onto the volume that appears after connection. In other words, not using a ROM manager to load the memory card.
