Okay cool. I think the reason the message showed up to start with is because I had unblocked the eshop so I could use the Wii U USB Helper program. Thank you!
It's been so long since I've messed with my wii u beyond adding games to my SD card and launching from loadiine. I'm still on 5.5.1. The other day my console told me I needed to update to play Lego Jurassic World.
Since it seems 5.5.3 is safe what all do I need to do before updating? Do I...
Thanks, Marko. U da best.
Also, I haven't tested it since first installing retroarch earlier this year, but does WWF Wrestlefest work on the Wii U yet? Lol
Hey yall. I hate to repeat questions that may have been asked but I didn't see anything when I did a search.
I guess this can be asked for several games, but, when I try to load The Main Event in Final Burn Alpha the screen turns black for a second then goes back to the retroarch menu. I don't...
Haven't checked in in a while. Is there a list of working MAME rom titles anywhere? It could have been a bad file, or build, but was never able to get The Main Event, for example, working.
Cheers!
Yeah I didn't think so neither. Just wanted to make sure
So I just put all of the original files back onto my SD card, excluding redNAND file(s), edit the line of code, and pop it back into the Wii U?
Hey. Thanks! This is done in notepad, right? Or do I start up Haxchi on the Wii U and do this? Sorry. I'm a noob. Not home to tinker with it at the moment
Hey everyone. I just removed redNAND, myself. Thanks for the input here.
So what do I do next? Do I just go through the whole Haxchi process again? Do I have to remove it from my Wii U before starting over?
Played Golden Axe on MAME. Finally got it to work this time. Downloaded the romset you mentioned earlier.
My son is excited to play Dark Legacy this weekend. Thank you, everyone
Man that sucks. My son played it at his other parent's house and really enjoyed it. I've never played it myself. Was hoping we could together this weekend.
How about Golden Axe on MAME/FBA?
thanks, efen!
do i need a BIOS file for all the emulators, or is it really just an issue where "some roms work with some these emulators, and some roms work with those emulators?"
How about your actual retroarch configuration settings? I just want to make sure it's looking in the correct directories for the necessary files.
I also realized I probably don't have the BIOS file for Neogeo. I'll give an update tomorrow. At work until the late evening.
Thanks!
leo @'d me in a thread about his last dream, stating he was passionately making out with a guy he used to know and then woke up while reaching for his crotch, and said that i would "know who 'tf' it is"
and of course i know, it's luke
