    I am on 4.0U I am running USB Loader GX I am playing the PAL version of NSMBW as well. As long as you have the newest revision of USB Loader GX, then there is No need for patching or anything. All I did was: 1) Turn on the Error 002 fix 2) Force NTSC 3) Select the game to play.

    I had this same problem, but that was because I forgot to create the two folders 'images' and 'wimages' at the root of the card. But it seems you have done that, Not sure if it case-sensitive, but make sure the folders are spelled right and in all lower case on your card.

    just keep the wii's stand by internet connection turned off and you won't have to worry. They can't update if there is no internet
