    It is open to all, I think there's a limited list of games you can play online ATM tho The fee was just for access to the testing/beta servers (via donation). You don't need to pay to play on pretendo. The owner responded to something similar in the past (scroll to RedDucks reply)...

    Check your SD card or the games themselves, I region changed my N3DS LL and have no issues with games. And (you should) if you have a NAND backup try flashing it and seeing if that fixes anything.

    Tutorial You can still download from the PSP store, but you have to purchase the games on a different device.

    Themes can be purchased on the Playstation store website and be installed the same way a game is able to install. Just be aware that themes that were pulled off the store cannot be purchased again.
