    Thanks for the help guys, but I figured it out. I loaded the prebooter and let it sit while i researched. Right when i brought up a GitHub issue with the same thing and read that it autoloaded the sysmenu eventually, it booted right up.

    I thought I fixed it, turns out my switch just lagged for a few seconds. It gave the error while I was typing the comment.
