    Sounds like an interesting project, I'm all for newbie friendly and intuitive software, that's what a developer ultimately has to do if he wants his hacks out in the open and brought to a bigger public in the end..     I installed riiskimod and after that I installed softmii 0.9.5 (started at phase 3).. I first downloaded preloader 0.27 and then the fixed hacks.ini.. Then I ran the preloader hack remover.. then installed preloader 0.27 and enabled the hacks.. THen ran softtweaks.. Now it seems to work...
