    Hacking Tubehax.

*seems* is good enough for you but that's not enough for me....1 year redditor, no karma pfff. I'm not calling him evil but if he really is, he will wait until more ppl use it's DNS and BOOM! fk them all with updates. Best case scenario it will eventually stop working...much like TubeHax But...

    Hacking Tubehax.

Or ....you can stop relaying on other NON TRUSTED sources and run your own Tubehax-style service. https://gbatemp.net/threads/tubehax-local.430711/

    Hacking TubeHax [LOCAL]

Unfortunately, with this software you have to configure an static IP in your PC (in your case it will be in the 192.168.2.x range); if you don't know how to do it that's beyond the scope of this.

    Hacking TubeHax [LOCAL]

Yes. You can run this in any cheap VPS. AWS offers 1-year FREE Windows VPS auto 1) Uncompress the zip 2) Run START.bat (a black window will appear) 3) Allow Windows Firewall Exceptions for both (private and public) connections 4) Go to your WiiU WIFI connection and edit your Manual DNS...

    Hacking TubeHax [LOCAL]

Ok, I'm relaying on TubeHax to block my wiiu updates and it's been like that for a long time and always worked. It's a free trustable public DNS server and I refuse to use/trust someone's else. Recently Tubehax had been having lots of downtime and I can't browse or watch netflix when I need it...

Secondary DNS: 0.0.0.0 Note: This should make your Wii U fail to connect to the internet if TubeHax fails, though it's not confirmed. @fiveighteen You can edit that, TubeHax DNS is currently offline and the WIIU fails to connect to internet.

Would you mind to explain why?, BOTH should work at the same time and without issues. IMO, the ammount of security added by CCproxy is negligible compared to the complexity and time to setup; AND with CCProxy you need your computer turned on all the time. Yet CCproxy is not completely...

Hacking The Definitive Guide to Wii U Hacking

You are trusting 2 sources instead of just 1. Take my last example, would you trust 100 diff people?, the risk just increase and it adds nothing having more No, if primary DNS fails it will try second, which being 0.0.0.0 will fail too, then loop and keep failing. That's assuming Nintendo use...

Hacking The Definitive Guide to Wii U Hacking

As soon as you setup the wifi you are connected to internet; DNS are just addons to make life easier. DNS only translates domains hosts into IPs ( blahblah.nintendo.net -> 207.45.132.25 ), which is how machines talks (TCP/IP speaking) That's how TubeHAX works, they translate everything as...

Hacking The Definitive Guide to Wii U Hacking

Let's put this in another perspective. Suppose you can setup more than 2 DNS, let's say 100 DNS owned by different people. You'll be very well protected against DNS outage and internet issues but that's not our goal. If DNS primary fails I rather keep it failing than trusting extra sources...

I would recommend against using a secondary DNS, it does NOT add any filtering; it's just a backup in case primary DNS fails. Either use one or the other as primary. Using someone else's DNS is already a jump of faith (which I did), but I don't see the reason to double jump.

Hacking Accidentaly Updated my Wii U :( !

The "URL blocking" stuff in your router blocks by keywords inspecting your HTTP traffic (aka Web surfing). In more technical words: you are only blocking TCP port 80, other TCP ports (65534) and protocols (ICMP, UDP) are still available to the WiiU. ping uses ICMP, so it's a pointless test. The...
