Several hundred (!) small typos/goofs/minor spelling or grammar errors fixed thanks to a big in-depth proofreading.

Some confusing optional flavor text retranslated in a couple locations (central avenue/bar), one last very obscure Clinton joke ("I don't inhale") axed, and a lot of typos cleaned up.
