    Given that it's still on the Nintendo Update Server (NUS) I really don't think it'd matter if you grab it that way. And it *was* freeware to begin with. I haven't read its licence agreement but I doubt it says no to distributing it :P

    You can just use DOP-Mii to do this instead of using a wad. The files are downloaded by DOP-Mii directly from NUS.

    That makes me believe that the problem is with the game itself, the copy you have is probably corrupted.

    That sucks. Unfortunately I can't help much with HEN because I do not use it. Are you sure the game itself that you're trying to run isn't corrupted, and what software are you using to load it (multiman, webman, irisman...)?
