  • Gah, FedEx end of day delivery. The thing is a 5 hour drive away from my hometown. It's not hard to get it on a truck and to the location?
Argh...just dumped water on my charging n3DS. Woke up this morning to it not charging and now I'm drying it out. Hopefully it survived.

Shit. Wish I saw this early. Disassemble, soak in 91% rubbing alcohol to display water, low heat + fan speed blow dry, wrap in towel paper, and stuff in large vat of couscous.
...dude, the Netflix adaptation of Castlevania is great. Also, what a vampire killing team - a drunkard Belmont, a Dhampir and a magican?

Kinda late to the party, but it IS a pretty damn good series, too bad it was just 4 episodes long...

Yeah, they did a pretty good job. I don't give a flying fuck about anime, gave up on it in the early 90s, but this held my interest.
Need MORE of it, though; we basically got an animated feature film chopped into four segments.
Did we just run into Ash's Pikachu in Detective Pikachu? Because our gruff little friend said something about "Being the very best!"
Samurai Jack is far from good animation. Seriously, gorgeous visuals do not make a good animation.

Playing BoTW for so long that now Guardians aren't that scary - statis them, break legs, smack them until they die.

I was thinking this too until I finally found the forgotten temple then they got scary again :P
Fuck the Korok trials in BoTW. Stealthing around the little blue fucker is not easy OR fun! (Trying it for the 20th time today...)
Does anyone else find the noises the Miis make on the main menu of your Wii U slightly...creepy?

It's always bugged me. Glad I'm not the only one.
Well, paid $29 for a SATA to USB 2.0 cable locally, but found an old hard drive that works with the Wii U. Now to fill it with games!

    $29 for a Y-Cable?!

Couldn't find a y-cable locally. Got a powered adapter cable for that price. Not that I mind, just a lot of searching locally.

Plus, can use it for both IDE/SATA hard drives.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.

I wonder if they could get CPUs to run that hot then use the heat to power a steam turbine to power the CPUs....
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Good idea, or at least power the GPU
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea that crazy, I've never tried hack into anything, I just pirate, and my ISP have send me 3-4 letters, so had to VPN it

I bet now a 4090 could probably crack it? Hmmm maybe not even back then I'm pretty sure they where using like 1024 bit encryption
