    I fixed it by installing an XCI patched version. I don't know how but it worked. I'd be really happy if someone could explain the reason. Thanks for your help guys. you rock.

    I did a clean install of atmosphere 19.5 non mesosphere version and sigpatches for fusee and boot with fusee payload from atmosphere repo. same error : unable to start software return to home menu and try again
