You need:

WiiregionFree 1.21
Mariokart iso
Another Wii iso (for me naruto clash ninja rev pal)
Trucha signer
winHex or another hex editor

1 - Open Mkart iso with Regionfree
-Extract second partition (right click) --> exctract to file -> from partition start
- file size : 98 369 536 octet (partition2.part)

2 - Open naruto iso in Region free 1.21
- inject (partition2.part) in the second partition (right click) --> inject from file -> to partition start

3 - Open Naruto iso with Trucha Signer
Extract main.dol (second partition)
patch error 001 with genericwiipatcher (don't forget to save)
replace main.dol patched
sign second partition
close trucha

4 - Open Naruto iso (main.dol patched) in Region free 1.21
- Extract second partition (right click) --> exctract to file -> from partition start
- WARNING file size : 4 439 932 928 octets octet (partition2 patched.part)

5 - Open (partition2 patched.part) with Winhex
EDIT -> DefineBlock 0 -> 05dcffff or 0-> 98369535 decimal
EDIT -> Copyblock -> into a newfile (partitionOK.part)
Check size: 98 369 536 octet

6 - Open Mkart iso with Region free 1.21
- inject (partitionOK.part) in the second partition (right click) --> inject from file -> to partition start

use brick blocker or other tool....

Burn and blay without error 001

I try with the Freeloader iso...
I hope it will work because this one have only one partition.

Googled WiiregionFree 1.21 but can't find program is this the same as RegionFrii and/or Wii Brickblocker? If not hint too download site would be great.

I use the freeloader iso for the trick, in step 4 the size isn't 4 439 932 928 octets, but in step 5 the size is ok.
I burn the iso and tell you if it work =)

I didn't try this but it should work.

1. Open ISO with an hex editor (WinHex).
2. Go to the offset 0x40003 and change the byte from "03" to "02".
3. Save and now you should be able to open the ISO with Trucha.
4. To restore the third partition. just revert step 2.

Burning now, 10 minutes and tell if it works with Wiinja V2

Was there that kind of problem too? I just burn the game and start to play it. I'm gonna buy this game when I found it from stores.
