Gaming Releases in EU but not in NA?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm really curious.
There are games released in EU but not in NA? (I don't care about the JAP ones) I'm trying to find a list with these games and I didn't have too much success so far...

the only thing i know of is that arthur game, but that is being released stateside soon.

I'm not aware of a list that specifically lists all EU games that haven't had an NA release, but if it's important enough to ya and you're willing to do a bit of sifting, (link). They've got a search engine that checks their list of all NDS releases and each listing has a "Region Duplicate" entry that'll tell you if that game has a release in another region as well.

To the best of my knowledge Ys Strategy is an EU release and there are no plans to bring it to NA.

I'm not sure if you want GBA games as well, but IIRC Alien Hominid was only released in Europe.
