Hacking actual battery life

There are many threads that mention how the ds2 uses more energy than outher flash carts, but nobody says how much.

So here is 2 simple questions
lets say you have a new dsixl.
Approximately how long would the battery last in normal operation mode?
Then when the internal cpu is clocked as high as it goes how long would the battery last?

You don't specify DSi XL brightness.

It's pretty important.

Default brightness. For any other variables you can be assume that would be set to default.

10 hours on lowest brightness. I tested it with my own homebrew.

It's not as long as other carts.

But FFS, who uses their DS for 4 1/2 hours (highest brightness max sound) straight?

Couldn't the results here give you an idea of the battery life differences ??
Still nice to know about that Battery life Homebrew program - might just redo the tests (when I have time) & see what the differences are...

My DSphat battery is almost dead. With a normal cartridge, it plays for 20min. With my Acekard2, it plays for 16min or so. With my DSTWO while using the processor, it lasts 2-3min.
