3.Fix a problem of 4273

(game tested up to 4675)

1. The amendment, "Kingdom Hearts: 358 / 2 days (South Korea-based version)" measures to avoid code issues, can now be normal game;
2. Amendments "4273 - Mario and Sonic at the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games (U.S.)" game to run in the crash problem, can now normal game;
3. To amend, "4572 - Nintendo Chupin lyrics Games (Europe)" to avoid code games problem, can now normal game;
4. Solve the "4658 - Elements Hunter (Korea)" to avoid code games problem, can now normal game;
5. Solve the "4659 - English Training DS: Goals 1000 (Korea)" to avoid code games problem, can now normal game;
6. Solve the "4663 - The World Zoo (U.S.)" In the case of adding the soft reset, the game is not running properly issues;
7. Solve the "4668 - Bucket of people McGee Biography: Soul of the proof of (U.S.)" In the case of adding the soft reset, the game is not running properly issues;
