**CAUTION: Permanent patch can easily brick your Wii**
I had successfully permanently patched my 4.0U system menu to remove savegame "NoCopy protection". The patch info are as follows (all refer the title00000010000002\content0000073.app):
1. file offset 0x1E700, content 54 00 07 FF => 7C 00 00 00
2. file offset 0x1E710, content 48 1D E4 A5 80 77 00 00 38 00 FF F3 3C 63 00 04 => 80 1C 00 24 54 00 00 3C 90 1C 00 24 48 00 00 18
3. file offset 0x24318, content 3B E0 00 01 => 3B E0 00 00
4. file offset 0x951A8, content 28 00 00 01 40 82 00 1C => 7C 00 00 00 41 82 00 1C
5. file offset 0x292068, content 48 03 E7 A1 => 38 60 00 01
After patching, although the "Move" and "Copy" buttons are still grey out, copy-inhibit savegame data can be freely backup/restore. At least I had tested the grey "Copy" button.
Now I have a problem to transfer these patches to preloader hacks.ini. I compared some 4.0U hacks info to get an offset value 0x8132FA88 (suppose to be the difference between file and memory offset) to add to the above offsets and feed to preloader, but it won't work. Could anyone transfer them? Or kindly info me how to transfer them. Therefore, others could safely try the hack.
