OK so the New Gamecube loader (0.2) reads the disk to set the video mode
The Multigame Iso Creator, Auto sets the disks to Pal/Europe...no matter what(even if you choose USA/JAP)
YOU will need to burn a NTSC-u Gamecube backup by itself and use it as a boot disk of sorts.
Start the Backup loader 0.2 with the lone NTSC game in the slot and once it begins switch to your Multigame Disc, and enjoy your games in color!!!

I have successfully burned an NTSC-U game to a disk and now use it as a boot-disk.
