Hacking Im Behind: Whats the difference, SoftMii/WiiMii?

Been out of the scene a little while now.
I have some version of SoftMii installed on my Wii (the first version to support GC booting I think).

Whats the difference between MiiWii and SoftMii?
What should I do? Is there anything else I might have missed following the SoftMii version I have?

Thanks for any help. Its annoying when you fail to keep upto date.

I'm thinking of renaming CIOSCORP to Noob Destroyer

it does seem to brick people but for some reason only tends to brick noobs no clue as to why

both won't brick your wii if installed correctly
That said, given that MiiWii has a more Noob-friendly installation, it is recommended if you don't know what you're doing.

Meh, I got SoftMii installed and things a to all seem to work so Im not going to go out my way to change anything.
