Pretty sure this is one of the ones where if the FPS can't hit 60FPS = double speed, the game will run at 30FPS instead. Try max OC inside the players house one of the less intensive areas.

This cheat is not for 60 FPS. It's for game speed per description. It will be helpful in combination with FPS unlocker.

Just read what I wrote yeah I see where I goofed up when FPS can't hit 60 = double speed when it should be the opposite and I know double speed is different to true 60fps. As in double speed being like if you watched a 30FPS TV show on 2x speedup, technically its outputting at 60FPS but not want you want because its double speed. Hard to use the right words for this kind of thing.

This is possible but you have to reduce resolution for it to be stable 60FPS because if it can't hit 60FPS it goes down to 30FPS + you really need the unsafe OC which has crazy high power draw.

Maybe I don't know depends on the clocks its running at. Anything above 1963 CPU/921 GPU is 'unsafe' power draw on v2 switches.

It's possible to change the frame rate cap in memory (I've tried) but you can only lower the framerate i.e. 20fps, 10fps. This game likely needs an exeFS mod.
