60FPS hack will only increase the max potential framerate, meaning if the game drops frames at a 30FPS cap it won't be any smother if you run it using the 60FPS hack. Hyrule Warriors with an overclock can run at a stable 30FPS with no FPS hack. However if you want 60FPS and use overclock max on a V2 Switch which I don't recommend it might be possible.

What overclock setting you recommend run stable at 30fps?
I prefer not so hot one..

I haven't played the game so I'm not sure but its not too hard to test it out yourself. Increase the CPU/GPU values in sys-clk until its smooth. You can check the framerate using NXFPS as well in the Performance overlay which you should have.

Please 60 FPS for New Tales from the Borderlands 1.0.2

Here is my attempt. Going into "Settings->Visuals" temporarily activates the 60fps mode. Unfortunately, it gets disabled when you go back to the Main Menu or cross the checkpoint in the game. There has to be another value that I couldn't find.

[Restore Code (Use after unchecking any cheats below)]

Very have game

Here is another easy way,

Just search binary pattern ( AB 26 4F B9 ) at nnSDK
and then add the size of main
1666592449301.png

since, the nnSDK always follows the NSO main, the resulting sum always can be used.
i.e. 0x2DC0000 (main.elf size) + 0x4871DC (SDK address) = 032471DC

Code:
[Alan Wake Remastered 1.0.0 TID: 0100623017A58000 BID: E3D4C44D41E65899]

[60 FPS]
040E0000 032471DC 5280002B

[30 FPS]
040E0000 032471DC B94F26AB

Edited: the nnSDK may follows multimedia.elf after main.nss in some games, as follows

so, it is easier to use GDB to do such calculation.

cheat 60fps for tokyo mirage sessions, please
So for anybody touching this you have here patch that may work as cheat

https://github.com/masagrator/NXGraphicsPatches/blob/experimental/Tokyo Mirage Session/exefs_patches/TMS-60FPS/33463E11899166BB7AE62BF8574B571D37F90593000000000000000000000000.ips?raw=true

It unlocks 60 FPS plus changes frame time to 16.6 ms. Game has double buffer and fixed frame time, so until you get perfect 60 FPS you will have slowdowns and drops to 30 FPS pretty often
