Neutos, atmosphere and Tinfoil

Hello!

It's been a long time since I last updated my CFW for Nintendo Switch, and I have some questions. I'd be very grateful if someone could help me.

1. I'm using Neutos instead of Atmosphere, as I understood Tinfoil wasn't compatible with Atmosphere. Is this correct nowadays?

2. I cannot find a new version of Neutos. Has it been discontinued?

3. If I have to go back to Atmosphere, can I update my Neutos files with the new version of Atmosphere (replace files), or should I remove Neutos first, and then install the new version of Atmosphere?

Tinfoil released a new version for 15
Atmosphere is working perfectly
I had no idea about Neutos but the one above works
