There are different regional releases of Nier that have different TitleIDs this cheat is for TID:0100B8E016F76000 with update 1.0.2
Check the TID using a title manager because you may have an alternate release.

What do mean about needing a V2 Switch? The battery life/output?

same tid and bid, im confused af
Make sure your file directory looks like atmosphere/contents/0100B8E016F76000/cheats/992787E2B5425994.txt
And that you have Edizon and that atmosphere is enabling cheats

You will not be able to get 60FPS without an insane overclock and you can only do crazy overclocks on V2 Switches aka Mariko/Aula ones. 1785/921/1600 gives a max of about 50FPS when wondering around planets.

edit: fixed proper file directory

Thanks. Both games run at a ~steady 60fps on the Switch Lite, at "4IFIR optimized" clock rates:

is it becausae V2 has better materials or something? I didn't know this thing worked like that

V2 Switches have a better processer compared to V1 which is more power efficient and produces less heat meaning it allows for higher levels of overclocking.
That's interesting. I didn't know that and I suppose the OLED version has a better processor than V1 as well

For No Man's Sky v1.20 I get around 35-45 fps with V1 switch and 1224 MHZ CPU and 537 MH GPU.

Most likely a long shot, but anyone got a 60fps patch for Dreamlight Valley?

What should I overclock to for the Nier 60FPS Mod? This will be my first 60FPS mod for Switch and highly looking forward to it.
Most of games suffer from slow GPU rates, but you should check with status monitor or an equivalent homebrew which part of your hardware (i.e. CPU or GPU) is at its limits. And then overclock this part.

Yes, on a Switch v1 CPU cores are at around 50% for Nier Automata, but GPU is at 99%, so I guess a gpu overclock is necessary
