The WiiFow Lite forwarder does not work anymore, just use a standard WiiFlow forwarder from here: https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki4/forwarder-channels (use the StarNight forwarder if you have good taste 
). Make sure wiiflow sits in "SD://apps/wiiflow/boot.dol".

Forwarder channel (wads) are made so they'd be installed into the Wii's home menu on either sysnand or emunand. Not sure what you mean by "one that goes to usb"?
