Hacking Why can't I install NES REMIX?

Not if you use the latest version. Game is only 328.mb and it downloaded in about 4 minutes for me.

Should also be possible without redownloading. I think whatever the OP used to download did not create a fake ticket. So start NUSspli, Press (Y) to generate a fake <title.tik> file...

Odd, I have the game disc and I have dumped and installed it just fine using disc2app and wup installer gx and this was way back before tiramisu and on ofw.
