how do I create my own 3dsx file?

There are lots of tutorials for creating applications on a pc. Start there and then come back with specific questions about the 3ds. Learning to program on an embedded device is not impossible, but there are better tools for pcs and a lot of the core skill set is applicable.if someone knows
can you give me a tutorial?
