No.....but...

According to the Bluebomb Expoit,with Linux it is maybe possible....maybe.
(Bluebomb works with the Wii Motion Controller as Data Transfer Device to the Wii - so Data is limited to 16 KB).

So you need to run a Linux Distribution

on the Wii and a (actual not existing) Homebew Tool for Bluetooth Data Transfer to the PC.....in Theory.

^^This. Works really well, just tried it with my phone the other day. You can just transfer files directly to the sd card, without the need of plugging in it into your pc every time you want to update homebrew files etc.

Are you asking if you can transfer files to the usb that's attached to the Wii, with this application? Not sure.. Maybe..
