Batch Transfer Gamecube ISO's?

Is there a way for me to batch transfer cube ISO's over that will put them in a format readable by USB Loader GX? Had a drive die on me and transferring them back one by one is a pain!

Anything like WBFS Manager for Wii games would be amazing if it exists.

Never use WBFS Manager it's a shit file system format fat32 and Wii Backup Manager is better

Yeah it's a long time since i used it i got the name wrong my files are all ISO for Wii stuff too. I don't think Wii Backup Manager supports cube stuff i'll check out the link thanks.
