Well I updated all my sigpatches and my atmosphere files, not sure what could be the issue.
Just responded to you on the Awoo thread. I have Awoo (and about a half dozen other installers) installed on my switch and it works great.

It honestly can’t be that all the installers are bad…so I think you’re going to need to check your SD card for corruption. It’s a destructive process so you will need to backup your data if you want to keep it. If you just want to get things working here’s the link to a good tester: https://3ds.hacks.guide/h2testw-(windows).html

What file system are you using? Exfat?

What is weird is that a couple months ago this all worked fine, but suddenly now this is happening.
This is exactly how corruption of an exfat file system manifests itself. It‘s little bit at a time it will get worse and worse. It‘s not all at once you lose everything.

I might just keep my Nintendo folder and /switch/ folder, because I suspect they're the issue. Then put my saves in JKSV and format.
At least get the game saves. The rest can be rebuilt…
I was planning on formatting because I got other errors before this one.
just want to make sure it’s not at the card level because if it is, we’ll quickly see weird issues with FaT32 too.

So I formatted it, and everything is good, but when I try to go on any game it keeps saying "A software update is required. Update data will be downloaded now." But it is already on the newest update.

Let’s try maintenance mode.

Power off the system by holding the power button for 15 seconds.
While holding both (vol +) AND (vol -) power on the Switch and hold on until it it comes up in maintenance mode.
We don’t want to do anything in maintenance mode. Just exit/reboot.
