Can I be Banned Twice

I have A banned switch and was wondering if it would be safe to hack again

If you're banned then sure, not like they can ban you again? If you've been banned your switch already can't access the store anymore, or any of your game downloads/updates, so pretty much the whole online part is already dead to you at that point.

Nintendo apparently doesn't ban accounts unless there's fraud and possibly cheating. sony will ban both though, not sure about microsoft.

No, because you can't actually connect to their servers anymore to begin with, your switch has been blacklisted, anything that happens on there now is pretty much dead to Nintendo, and if you are worried about your account, just login to your Nintendo account on their website and unlink your switch from it.

If your switch is banned you are all ready suffering the consequences.
So yes, it doesn't make a difference: hack away..
