So my sister was playing the 3ds when the update thingy popped up , keep in mind this 3ds is hacked and she clicked it and did something to the sd card and now i have been trying to fix it but i inserted the sd card into the pc and it was empty . Does anyone know what I should do?

does the blue light come on and go back off? If so just get a new boot.fire file (and all the rest of luma crap gm9 etc) and put on the sd card and it should work if it says unable to mount ctr nand thingy also need to update luma

Normaly in case of update allt odo would be to update luma by putting the latest luma boot file on root of the sd. But If the Card is empty, there is nothing u can do to restore the data that was on it. In that case all u can do is creating everything again over. But i riddle how she deleted the stuff on it... In worst case there should be the Nintendo 3DS Folder on it with the Nintendo files and games in it... Are u sure the Card is full working? In this case Windows should give a popup that there is failer with the filessystem and gives u advice to corect it. And everything would be fine.

i have no clue there was nothing on it ? I really wanna play my games man but she had to ruin it

I hope she doesnt broke the update process.
If u tried to Download some stuff, how far boots the 3DS with the card insert?
Creating everything new is normaly not the problem, its maybe also the best solution if u had not to much stuff on it. In that case u can check this guide for the missing files on the Sd card. https://3ds.hacks.guide/
And think about a backup of your Card if everything is fine again!

Hi i downloaded f@t32 on my sd and it booted up although my games are gone is there any way to install games?

U downloaded f@t32 and booted up ?? I dont know what u mean....
For sure are there ways to install games. How the Hell got u games on it :D
First way is from Nintendo Eshop if u own them.
Second way is using cfw Luma and using the tool FBI for installing stuff as .cia file.
Check the previous posted guide for details.
